Mohamed bin Zayed receives winners of Formula 1 Powerboat World Championship

His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, today received Team Abu Dhabi, who recently won the Formula 1 Powerboat World Championship title.

The winners were accompanied by H.H. Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Khalifa Al Nahyan, Adviser to the UAE President, Chairman of the Abu Dhabi International Marine Sports Club, ADIMSC, and Sheikh Mohamed bin Sultan bin Khalifa Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman and CEO of ADIMSC.

Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed congratulated the team on the global achievement and wished them further success in the future.

The team members expressed their happiness at meeting Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed, commending his support for harnessing the country’s capabilities and its formula for success and excellence, benefiting UAE athletes and raising the nation’s flag in international events.

Sheikh Saeed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Representative of the Ruler of Abu Dhabi, H.H. Sheikh Nahyan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation, H.H. Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, H.H. Sheikh Khalid bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Zayed Higher Organisation for Humanitarian Care and Special Needs, Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance, and a number of Sheikhs and senior officials also attended the meeting.
